My credit card was left at the bar on the roof (they told me they lunch charge it to the room but I was told by the front desk that it should have worked. The hotel charged me $9.95 to send the card back to me "

"A few issues in our room, padlock didn’t work but was fixed, drain in tub didn’t work but also fixed and garbage wasn’t emptied when room was cleaned but did eventually. Also had to fix AC-beautiful hotel but maybe a little comp due to the issues would have been nice"
