“What a charming place! Beautiful setting .”

“an oasis of calm”

We loved the Craxton Wood. A little hard to find, but well worth the effort. Beautiful grounds, large comfy room, excellent restaurant and bar.

“Avoid this hotel until they sort out customer service”

Hotel in need of serious updating. Apart from front desk staff the rest ot the team needs serious training. How can it take 30 minutes at breakfast to provide tea & toast? The room although spacious was not particularly clean and the windows were so old some of the handles were missing.The room was very hot too with no temperature controls.It might have been a 4 star hotel in some century but not in this one.
