“Will definitely stay again.”

I was really pleased with this hotel. This is an extended stay hotel that caters to business travelers needs. I say that to say people could be disappointed if they are expecting a ritzy hotel with a pool and daily maid service. Housekeeping is once a week and if you need any linens or whatever switched out you just go down to the desk. I loved this hotel. I was so happy with the full kitchen that was fully stocked with cookware,dishes, utensils, and so forth. There is a DVD and CD library available at the desk, and a really reasonably stocked little store, as well. The sodas were only $.50, to give you an idea. The guest service was great.The room was comfy and I was really happy with my choice. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I stay in Chicago. We used the complimentary shuttle a lot to get to the blue line and so that was nice. The only thing is it's a bit annoying because you have to call the hotel from O'Hare to have it come get you instead of having it come by at regular intervals unlike most of the other hotels' shuttles. So, if you had forgotten you cell phone at the hotel and don't have quarters for the payphone it could be difficult. The shuttle looks to be operated by the next door Park and Ride (I think that was the name), so I think that may be why it operates the way it does. Anyway, I was really pleased with this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

When we checked in the guy couldn't be more personable! Very nice! I love when people enjoy their job. We got there late and left early to take the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was there literally immediately! The guy at the front desk was still there when we left and he even brought my bag out to the shuttle. I would definitely stay here again!

“You can't beat this”

The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and feature cooking stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, and fill-size refrigerators. The beds have high quality mattresses. You also get a reclining Barca lounger,and a VHS/DVD player - you can borrow from their library of DVDs too. AND, they have a miniature grocery near the front desk! If all Candlewoods are like this, then I that is where I will be staying.

“Excellent Value”

This is the second time I've stayed here, and I will stay again. There's a full kitchen in every room, which saved me $$ on dining! A lending library of movies w/DVD & VCR players in every room. Hotel staff was extremely responsive to our requests re: how to adjust the a/c (simple once we were shown the wall thermostat!). 24-hour self-serve convenience store functions on an honor system, believe it or not! Just drop the $ into a slot or pay at the desk--if you choose to. Free schuttle service to O'Hare or the train station that takes you into the city. There was everything we wanted at an unbeatable price.

“Good hotel near airport”

This hotel offers everything you need to stay and cook in room or order food. It was clean and quiet except for airplanes passing. Liked the laundry facilities and exercise room.

The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The bed sheets were awesome. The staff helpful. They allowed me to check out late no charge.

Stayed here for an early morning flight and it was everything I needed. Clean and decent service. Nothing to complain about for the price. Not much in the area except a Subway restaurant. Let me store by luggage there for a couple of days, which was nice.
