“Don't Judge This Book by Its Cover”
The outside of the building was a bit of a concern (looked run down); but once inside, I was very pleased. The only issue I had was a sporadic shower head in my room. I didn't report it, but given the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, I have no doubt it would have been fixed had I mentioned it.
“Impressed”
The rooms were excellent. Easy fast check in, and check out. The breakfast items provided were plentiful and fresh. The eating area was clean and was maintained during the time period we were present. Rooms were very modern and very clean and very roomy.
“Extremely Satisfied”
This hotel was great! Very comfortable rooms, super helpful staff, and clean....the indoor pool is very heated which tends to make the whole hotel a little on the warm side but, it was nice for both kids and adults alike. I would definately go back, or recommend to both families looking for a quick weekend getaway, or business travelers too.
“Highly Recommended”
I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious(for a family of 6) and very clean. The attendants at the desk were very friendly. I also liked the surrounding area as there were many restaurants and shopping malls. I had a very pleasant stay. If you are thinking about booking rooms at this hotel, go ahead!! You won't be dissappointed.

The staff was very helpful in recommending an excellent restaurant for our dinner. The rooms were very large, clean and comfortable. I was very impressed.
“Very good value”
Doesn't look like much from the outside, but interior is much nicer than expected. Hotel is very clean & quiet throughout; rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 4 to move around; indoor pool is great for the kids; breakfast buffet convenient. Only restaurants within walking distance are McD and BK, however, only about a 10 minute drive to major shopping centers with plenty of choices. Approx 30 minute drive to downtown Chicago.

Very clean and comfortably priced. Staff was very friendly and would recommend to anyone.
“Nice Touches”
The indoor pool and Hot tub are great the 24 hour complementary coffee and the evening popcorn was an especially nice touch.
“Would stay here again”
Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was also clean and well kept. Bathroom was larger than normal in the room. Good location.
“Nice hotel”
This hotel was a great deal. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the suites large and clean, and I liked the fact that they had an exercise room, pool, whirlpool, and even a coin laundry facility to do my own wash (I stayed a week.) Breakfast food was adequate and they kept the food and coffee well-stocked throughout the breakfast period.
