“Saturday at the Cleveland Ritz”

Very well appointed hotel. Staff at check-in and the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable for a Ritz, although service was a little slack. If you are a gym aficionado like me, you will find the equipment in the fitnees room lacking. It needs be upgraded to the quality of the hotel.

“There is no other place to stay, the Ritz is best”

It was a great experience. They knew my name when I got out of the taxi from the airport. It was impressive all the way around. The only thing that needed attention was Sunday brunch, it was just okay.
