“Clovis' Best Hotel”
My family and I were extremely pleased with this hotel. The staff was very nice. The hotel, rooms, lounge, indoor spa and indoor swimming pool were all very clean and cozy. You can definetly tell that this hotel has their customers experience as TOP priority. The breakfast offered was very good. We will definetly use this hotel again if we ever go through Clovis, NM again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had my 3 month old and my 11 year old nephew with me. I forgot several items and the staff was very helpful in getting me what they could. The only problem I had; which was a small one, was the housekeeper was very rude. I will be back in about 3 weeks to stay at the Hampton Inn in Clovis again!
“Clean and friendly”
Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful too. Continental breakfast was great every morning and there was coffee available all day too which was another plus.
“Ok in a pinch”
The room and lobby were fine. The hotel itself was a bit harder for us to find; more in an industrial area--near railroad tracks so be prepared to hear the trains. The pool area was not clean-found clumps of hair in the pool. Hot tub didn't seem to work well either. Laundry facilities were good--able to get laundry done without a problem. Hotel staff was very friendly.
“Probably won't go back”
Unfortunately, large cargo trains go by every hour across the street, and train whistles can be heard all night long even with the window shut. The refrigerator in our room did not work at all. We reported it the first day, but nothing was done. The toilet did not always flush properly. One day we were out from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, and when we got back the beds were not made, no clean towels. When the person finally came to knock on the door, we were getting ready for a wedding and couldn't let her in. The free breakfast in the morning is not good at all. On a positive note the people are as friendly and nice as you would ever want to meet. The hotel overall is very clean. The pool area was nice.
