“Budget Travel....”
This hotel is great if you dont have a lot of money to spend yet wanna travel thru spain...its about 1hour away from barcelona. There is no A/C but then again i went in june and the Temp was around 70 degrees ...maybe later in the summer it might be useful!!
“Don't expect too much from the food”
It was okay... basic room but it was clean enough, the food was a bit like old-fashioned school dinners. Staff were sometimes a bit abrupt and they are sticklers for the rules e.g. you must sit at your assigned table in the restaurant, always keep your all inclusive bracelet on and each person in the party has to got to the bar to get a drink even if they have seen you on previous days/nights or the same day/night. It is very close to the beach and not too far from the main strip. I have said that I wouldn't recommend it, but to be honest it really depends what you want to get out of the holiday.
“Far too hot, Some staff just lazy”
Hideous stench ! Shower was like a watering can, actually no it was worse. One person who worked there couldnt be bothered to do anything behind the desk when asking for the tv remote he said "no no tomorrow" when we asked the next day he said "later" so I replied with "no I want it now please" he then got the remote which took 30 seconds because it was locked in the cupboard right next to him! Hows that for service eh! Needless to say we will NOT be returning here. Food was ok the only good thing about the all inclusive was the drinks!
“Can't wait to go back”
hair drier and iron not available,very stinky bathroom,in the room with sea view double bed not available ect.
“all you can waist”
service horrible, no ac, no room service, no concept of customer srevice, depsite tipping which noone does, still still horrible and over priced. found hotal on water front half the price and AC and beter service. do not go , how can even be on expedia is beyond me, refused to clean room and hung up on us repeadety for asking.
