“Super 8 is very good company”

Excellent hotel and keep work harder. Hotel should be Star 5! Very nice hotel and comfortable to sleep. I like it but little problem is outage is not available on the wall by bed for clock alarm for deaf community. But, the hotel is amazing.

“Friendly service”

Though the hotel was very busy during my stay there, the staff at the hotel and front desk were very friendly and willing to do what was necessary to make you feel comfortable.

“Satisfied with the money paid”

After reading some of the reviews for this hotel, I was a bit hesitant about staying here, but I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, this wasn't a 5-star hotel, but my friend and I were looking for something inexpensive for a 2-night stay. It was conveniently located right off the interstate. Had a bit of difficulty when we first checked in, but thankfully I remembered to bring my print-out from Expedia. Other than that I can't complain...room was clean, breakfast in the morning was more than I expected and the staff kept it stocked throughout, and pool was adequate. My friend and I were only spending a minimal amount of time there so it met are needs perfectly.

“will not go back”

Rooms were okay. I dont feel they were worth what I paid for them. Front desk could have used a little more etiquette. The hotel itself could use a makeover.

“In Need of Repairs”

Bathroom door didn't lock. Had to flush the toilet twice every time. A/C would only put out cool air for 3 to 5 minutes every 30 minutes. 3 of the 5 lamps did not work. Light over sink dim and flickered. Sink faucet splashed you if turned on too much. TV picture quality was horrible. Staff was very courteous.

No free newspaper as advertised; Pool closed; Sad "continental breakfast"; cleanliness mediocre

“You get what you pay for!”

Now, I've stayed at numerous Super 8 Motels before. I was under the impression that they all had the same standards. This was the worst hotel stay ever! When we first arrived at the hotel, they tried to give me a room with one single bed, though I specifically requested, and paid for one with two double beds. That got straightened out after a call to Expedia. Then, we requested extra pillows and they ran out! Then to top it off, there were mysterious fingerprints leading from the outside of the bathroom door into the bathroom. My first thought was it looked like a crime scene. The first night there my daughter woke me up screaming because there was a roach crawling on her pillow! NEVER AGAIN!

“I know it was cheap, but . . . .”

Very inexpensive. However, the desk staff was irritated that we were there. The room was filthy. They were, apparently, changing out mattreses - good idea, after trying to sleep on one of the old ones.

“DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY !!!!”

The room looked like it had not been cleaned in days the sheets and covers were disgusting stains on them the walls were filthy if i had not already paid for the room i would went elsewhere
