“Safety first”

This is my second stay at the Cresco Super 8 and I am even more impressed that I was on my first visit. Everything was clean and neat, smelled great, and was so comfortable! But most impressive was the staff! As a single woman traveling alone, I am always aware of safety issues and the front desk staff was very careful not to reveal, even inadvertently, the location of my room, my name, or any other details that might have jeopardized my safety. In addition, when I accidentally left the dome light in my car on, I received a call from the front desk alerting me to the problem and the clerk watched me go to my car in the dark to turn it off so that I was secure the whole time. This is above and beyond--and very welcome service!

“Excellent Stay”

The desk clerk was really helpful. I realized we would be late arriving, so I called the desk from the road and she assured me everything would be ready when I arrived. Not only was it ready, but she remember my call and reassured me that there was never a problem. She even helped with directions for my next day's travel! The room was clean and everything we needed was readily available. There was even a complimentary breakfast, a real help for the early traveler.

Very nice. Was a bit shocked that a soccer team had checked in - I never heard them at all. Breakfast was OK. The main desk help was very efficient. No waiting. Fridge in the room - no freezer! Great showers and very clean! Good TV selection.
