"Located in the heart of Batel which is one of the most upscale neighborhood of the city, has restaurants, bars, shopping, public transportation, pharmacies even hospitals near by only 15 minutes from downtown by foot if you like to walk, some of the rooms are very nice with privet balcony in the top floors. Great breakfast buffet. Overall great cost benefit for what you pay, highly recommend."

"The bed was dirty the sheets were not clean with stains. Could not sleep the heater was making loud noise it would turn off and on. Other then that it was ok. Great location. "

"A acomodações são otimas. Quarto/prédio tem tudo que se precisa. A área é realmente fraca caso se queira sair a pé para comer, principalmente a noite (não recomendado!). Mas é bem central e Uber não levava mais do que 2-3 minutos para chegar."
