Péssimo ar condicionado

O hotel é antigo mas é bom. Somente o ar condicionado é péssimo. Estava muito frio e ele não aquecia direito e o pior foi o barulho. Ele fazia uma barulho igual a batida de carros quando desligava. Fez isto a noite toda. TERRÍVEL.

atendimento da equipe é excelente, todos eles. Quarto muito espaçoso, com sala, microondas, frigobar, sofá. Uma unica observação para o cheiro do ralo do banheiro, que pode ser facilmente resolvido. Ótima localização, café da manhã muito bom.

Prazerosa estadia.

A experiencia surpreendeu-me positivamente, vez que possuía acomodações muito boas, estilo vintage da decoração do hotel idealizado entre 1970/80, é muito agradável, de bom gosto para a época e que no meu entender se adequa muito bem para os dias atuais. Atendimento da recepcionista Andreia, na chegada, muito cordial, solicita, atenciosa e precisa. Assim como para com outros colaboradores que tive contato. Embora o apartamento flet, (cozinha, micro-ondas, frigobar) possui vistas muito bonita e interessante de parte da cidade, com Curitiba ao fundo. A cidade é bem arborizada, com quintais incrivelmente arborizados, inclusive com auralcarias. Ótima impressão da cidade de São José dos Pinhais. Aproximadamente 350.000 habitantes. Cidade bem cuidada. Pena não ter tido tempo de explorá-la mais, mais haverá outras oportunidades. Otima estadia.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very tasty, and the room spacious. My only sighestions for improvement: fitted sheets on the bed (the top sheet used as a bottome sheet kept slipping off in the night, and prioritizing guest coming back to the front desk to retrieve their room key (we had to wait in a line behind several new guests checking in). Thnak you for the great service otherwise!
