Fazendo um favor em me hospedar
Fui colocada em quarto com o ar condicionado com defeito. Após algumas tentativas de “conserto” pedi pra ser mudada de quarto, pq estava bem calor (beirando os 30o). No quarto novo, a noite quando fui usar a hidromassagem, estava com defeito também. Pedi ao gerente um desconto, a resposta foi super ríspida, dizendo que era quase um favor a estadia por aquele valor com hidro. Ele disse a mesma coisa na ocasião com o ar condicionado. Alguns minutos depois a dona ligou pedindo desculpas pelo tratamento e dizendo que poderia mudar de quarto outra vez. Resolvi reportar mesmo assim pq o travamento amável dos donos não apaga o tratamento ruim dos funcionários.

Tv sem sinal, não tinha telefone para falar com a recepção,piso do banheiro muito escorregadio(quase caí várias vezes),sem wi-fi, não tinha preço de nada(diárias ou frigobar)
