"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

However, the one annoying thing is the access card for service apartment often gets override by the resident's master key whenever you are in the lift to your floor. This lead to skipping your floor and taking you a joy ride before you can actually reach your floor when the lift is empty without residents."
