"This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all."

"It was really fast check in. Apartment was just perfect to stay for me and kids. Really close to everything shopping, nice restaurants around. You can use swimming pool also. When I was tired and didn’t want to go anywhere it was perfect relax place for me and kids"

"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "Booked Ozone on 30th April but upon arrival, we were told that our room were given to other guests! The Indian speaking man told me to get my refund from Hotel.com. Ozone is not recommended at all for booking as its not a reliable hotel to stay in. Hotel.com should not have any dealing with Ozone as its reputation will be ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the Apartment management. This is a bad experience!!!"

"Room was quite rundown. Bath towels were dirty. Main door latch was broken and it wasn't fixed after complaint. Main door was locked using key and not card access, we were provided with only 1 key and caused inconvenience when going out. Master Room aircon was not working, had to turn on living room aircon at full blast to keep the room cooled. Windows were dirty and the nice city view was ruined by it. Fridge is dirty and we didn't want to use it. Other than the convenient location, really...
