“Great hotel...but...”
The hotel itself is great. However, I had reserved a wheelchair accessible room with 2 beds and requested either a roll-in shower or a transfer bath chair. The room we were assigned was a regular room with a regular tub/shower. I could have made this work except the new beds Holiday Inn has installed in their rooms are 48" tall. Needless to say, I could not get into the bed without help. I had to be literally dragged from behind to get into the bed. I am only thankful that it was only one night.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was located in a very safe area in a growing town.

We stayed here for a one night stop in Dallas. The price was excellent and the room was really wonderful. Nothing too fancy but it was clean and very accessible to restaurants, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
“Surprisingly Good”
They did a great job all the way around. The rates were surprisingly good, considering it was New Year's Eve. It was clean. The staff was very professional and answered every question. An all around outstanding experience.

Our room was close to the elevator and it was a little noisy but overall our stay was very enjoyable and the hotel was extremely nice.

“Nice new hotel in a "new" town”
This hotel is located in the middle of an area of new businesses, restaurants, upscale housing developments and community parks. It was quite busy at the time of our stay, but we were waited on promptly. There is a restaurant there, but their hours were very limited, so we did not attempt going there. However, there are restaurants in the surrounding neighborhoods. We sought out recommendations from people who lived there regarding a good place to eat. The hotel was very attractively decorated and was clean and well maintained. An excellent experience overall.
“Best price, great neighborhood, great service”
The staff was extremely helpful and amazingly nice. They treated me like I was a vip and I was only there 2 nights. I have been all over the world and I never thought the nicest hotel for the price would be in Frisco, TX. The area is a "rich" area of town so a lot of nice places to go to eat but there is also a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Restaurant staff could use a little adjustment but over all this hotel was well worth the price.
