“Pleased”

I was a bit disappointed regarding the carpets throughout the hotel, including in my room. They are not kept vacuumed. However, upon complaining about the carpet in my room not being vacuumed when I checked in, it was done promptly the next day. The people were pleasant and I was generally pleased with everything else and will try to stay in a HomeStead Inn again wherever I travel.

“Homestead Dallas - Plano”

Not a very well maintained hotel. It has come down over the years. Rooms stink and are very badly maintained.
