“Good Experience”
The hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The facility was well cared for and extremely busy the days I was there.
“Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel. Great location. Had one slight problem when toilet would not flush properly but a maintenance work came up to fix it within five minutes. Overall we were very pleased with this holel and will stay here again.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. It is a large quality hotel and our room was superb. Location was close to the place we were there to visit. Staff was friendly. We will DEFINITELY go back here when we return to Dallas in the spring!
“Wonderful Stay In Dallas”
I thought this hotel was excellent. We were in town to go and see a musical and this hotel was located about 15 miles outside of town but there were nice restaurants, fast food, and entertainment sites all around. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool area was nice too. I would recommend this place for business or pleasure.

“Great Place to Stay”
The Hyatt offered great customer service from the time of check-in to checking out. The representatives were friendly and professional. I really liked the design of the room in that the bed (king) was around the corner fromt the bathroom, giving the perfect amount of separation/privacy if staying with a guest. There was also a quaint sitting area between the two with an adjacent mirror, vanity/kitchen area. Definitely a Great Place to Stay!

I was not familiar with this hotel until finding it on Expedia. It suited our needs perfectly and I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
