Been going to this hotel for many years but this was my first time back in a few years. They have completely upgraded all the rooms with new cabinets, granites and new furniture. Of course, the best part is the one bedrooms are all ocean front. Nothing beats sitting on the bacony looking at the ocean.

“Good break on Ormond Beach”

Visited Florida during Spring Break so pleased we booked this location, much quieter than Daytona Beach, cars are allowed on beach in this area but not a problem and never overcrowded. Good location right on the beach, one bedroom apartment had a balcony overlooking the ocean so great for watching the sunrise. Apartment had all the facilities you could need, full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Other advanatges were that complex had washing facilities on 2 floors in each building, no need to bring pool towels and free wifi now available. Recently refurbished and common areas kept clean and tidy. Entry to apartment is by using a 4 digit code on a key pad, no need to carry keys around, very convenient. All in all in a relaxing and enjoyable time, would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Our time at this property was very enjoyable. The location was very convenient to attractions and shopping. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. The property was well maintained. For the price this is a great hotel for a nice family vacation. We plan to return next year.

Everything was pleasant except for some guys were cleaning the room next to us and they were using a lot of foul language. The property was well kept and the location was great. I will stay here again.

“Spring Break 2012”

Loved that for a small daily fee that you can rent bikes, beach chairs, sand toys etc.... The pool and hot tub are really small but it is a very clean condo on the beach.
