“second visit”
I travel to Beirut quite regularly and this was my second stay at Le Royal. It was equally as good as my first trip and I will continue to use it as my hotel of choice. This time I had them arrange an airport pick up for me which was perfect and very good value. The concierge is a mind of information and recommended some very good local restraunts where I got to sample the deliciouis local food and take in the Euro 2008 qualifiers too.

Excellent business hotel with all services. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and couldnt help you enough. Restaraunt standards were good as was room service. There is a fabulous view across the Med from the rooms.
“Avoid this hotel at all costs”
I was expecting this to be a really top class hotel. I was bitterly disappointed. It was miles from anywhere, The description was totally misleading. It implied the hotel was beside the sea. It neglected to mention that there was a motorway in between. The location was awful. Miles from anything especially shops and entertainment. They played extremely loud music heavy rock music at the pool where we were trying to relax and would not change it when we asked. The staff were unhelpful. The cost for everything was exorbitant. The choice of eating establishment was very poor. The quality of the food was very poor considering the high price.
