“Excellent Customer Service”
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First off, due to an emergency I had to switch the date of my stay and the hotel front desk attendant was very understanding and did so. Upon arrival I was treated a great attendant. I can't remember her name but I wish I would have. She was very friendly and helpful. She made me feel at home right away and helped me with all my concerns. If all their staff is this way then this hotel could be nothing but amazing. My room was great for the price and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't the greatest. Overall, a great hotel

What an awesome hideaway. Thank God that the whole world does not know about these little hideaways because it would be hard to book a studio when I needed to. I am not one for fancy, I am a practial person and these hotels are just that. They are nice, clean and very reasonable. Every travelers dream!

Have stayed with the Extended Stay many times and like that no matter what state I'm in, the hotel layout and service is exactly the same; I always know I'll have what I want and where things are at.
