"The posting on Hotels.com give the impressions that this is a hotel. It is not it is a hostel where you don't have a private room and bathroom. It is in a nice location close to the beach, but for the same price you can have a real hotel room close by."

They were quick to respond to the check in request since keys had to be picked from another location. We got the 2 bedroom apartment; the 2nd washroom had a very bad stench; I had to open the window for the air to circulate since the stink was quite strong and I couldn't sleep.
