Myself and 2 fellow Canadians booked this property for a night stay. The communication with the apartment was the only positive experience. They were quick to respond to the check in request since keys had to be picked from another location. We got the 2 bedroom apartment; the 2nd washroom had a very bad stench; I had to open the window for the air to circulate since the stink was quite strong and I couldn't sleep. The Internet instructions were incorrect; the WifI did not work; on top of it, the water heater was turned off...can you imagine we had to shave and bathe using cold water in the 8 degree weather. The next morning when the receptionist came, she refused to apologize in any way. Extremely unprofessional and impolite management. I have traveled the world and am a very polite person but I have not seen this level of unprofessional management anywhere. Please refrain from using this hotel and boycott this place. The management did not even have the courtsey to offer us an apology or any other token of appreciation. Establishments like these should not be allowed to be listed on Expedia.

Apartamentos en declive. Hace años estaban bien, pero ahora hay falta de mantenimiento. No volveremos seguro, y tampoco lo recomendaremos.

Apartamento en muy buen estado, con colchones prácticamente nuevos. Por su situación, es perfecto para dejar el coche aparcado y bajar al centro en 3 minutos andando. El personal muy amable. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
