"Well maintained hotel. The room we stayed was clean and comfortable. They provided free airport transfers which is a big thing for us. Buffet breakfast was good we enjoyed it. The only thing that affected our whole experience was the traffic that day, for a 15 mins travel from airport to hotel took more than an hour to get there because they was a celebration happening. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel"

"It’s a nice and convenient location situated near all of BSB’s attractions. The only comment I would make is our room had a strong scent of cleaning agent, Lysol or equivalent that made it difficult to sleep or stay longer. Other than this, we enjoyed the staff’s hospitality and kindness they showed to us."

"The hotel is located on the main strip of Kuala Belait town so easy access to shops and eateries nearby. Very friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Stayed in Room 208 which accommodated three of us. Room was of an adequate size. View from the room was of the building next door. Quiet and clean. Housekeeping were quick in dealing with request for an extra set of towels. Bathroom was clean. The shower area contained a small window with venetian blind. Bed was comfortable and had a good night's...
