However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room. "I love it here! The customer service is always so wonderful. From the top to the bottom all of the employees are so helpful and accommodating. The rooms AND BATHROOMS are always clean. This location is extremely convenient to the beach, dining, boating, and shops. Kudos to this Hyatt location!"

"We loved it here! It was so nice and quiet! Such a great staycation! So Family friendly and so much to do. There was a kitchen which was so useful and they were stocked with pots/pans/playes/cups/utensils and even grill amenities. It has a toaster, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Also has a little closet in the hallway with a broom/vacuum/iron/ironboard. The bathroom was pretty big with good water pressure and stocked with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash. "This was our Disneyland post-pandemic family fun trip. 6 adults, 2 kids. This Marriott is very well staffed, with everyone, it seems, looking for ways to make your stay wonderful. After flying in, the kids were able to use the pool all afternoon. The old folk took naps 😴. This was our 2nd family stay, last one was pre-pandemic. They only got better!!"

Amazing team on both shifts for the front desk and Kidtopia. Awesome family pools and water slide options. Delicious food, reasonable value. Cocktails are a bit pricey. Loved the Disney touches in the Fantasy tower: lit head board with chimes, 'When you wish upon a star" and the Micky bathroom fixtures, private toilet too! The staff super personable and accomodating! Loved the pool! My 13 year old grandaughter was completely charmed! "
