"Got a free upgrade when i arrived, good and smooth check-in, room was spacious and comfortable, good and convenient location of the hotel. Breakfast was in a great and spacious room, with open roof, but choice and quality of food were a bit disappointing, pre-prepared tea in a coffee can with coffee taste, extremely sweet orange juice (and not fresh) and fruit was a bit off. Otherwise, i had a pleasant short stay."

"Outstanding elegantly designed boutique hotel. Service is beyond even world class 5-star hotels. You essentially have personal concierges. They were so helpful in booking a tennis court, reasonable transport, and making deals for massage. They even drove out to the airport after we left because my girlfriend had left a sweater in the lobby. You will have personal WhatsApp communication with these very well spoken English helpers. Tremendous value in booking"

"It was hard at first. We got put in a room with no windows, despite the listing saying there were black out blinds and pictures of rooms with windows. We then got moved to a room with windows but also with black mould across the ceiling. We went through the errors in the listing with reception who refused to acknowledge their error, blaming the website for making the listing. Finally got moved to a decent room when hotels.com rang to ask for our nights to be refunded as it was not as...
