"The staff was incredible. There were times when I attempted to tip room service and they would return the tip later. I had to insist that they keep it. Honest as could be. Clean comfortable and accommodating. They even have vegan options on the menu. Definitely enjoyed the fruits and vegetables on the breakfast buffet as well. Incredible service from the on-site restaurant manager madam thank you!"

"For a simple check in, we had to wait quite long. Then the water inside the room is brown and small flow, the heater does work even work too much so that we had to take a shower with the water like coming from hell (too much hot water). The temperature of the water couldn't be adjusted to normal temperature. Even if the location is good, I think there are still other better budget decent hotels at the same location. I will not come back here next time."

"It's close to Siloam Hospital. Near city centre. Food options are great. Location-wise great. Pool and gym are small. Pool have no dress code, I saw a kid swimming with no clothes, kinda off putting. Cleanliness generally ok/acceptable but definitely could have been better."

"We stayed here during long holiday because its very affordable and a brand new hotel. The lobby architecture was pretty and the room was very modern with wooden interior. We booked Nano Room, the smallest room, yes it's small but good enough although really difficult to walk from one side to the other, because there were no wardrobe to put our huge luggages. Surprisingly, the bathroom was very spacious, and clean. We had known the conditions when we booked that they're shortage of staff and...

"ホテルは新しくて清潔感はありました。スタッフの対応も良かった。 残念だったのはテレビで日本の放送が一切見れない事。せめてNHKの日本語放送を見られるようにして欲しい。 それとトイレにはウオッシュレットが欲しい。 洗浄用のシャワー(?)は付いていますが、日本人には馴染みがなく使い難い。 全体としてには価格の割に良いかなって感じですから、また利用したいと思っています。 ただ、私の場合は寝るだけの目的でしたから、カップルや旅行を楽しむといった方にはお勧めできないかな。"

"You get what you pay for here. Cheap hotel means insects and creatures in the room. Mediocre facilities. It’s decent for a short stay (couple of hours) but if you’re staying longer I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"you get what you pay for: the hotel offers one room category, which basically provides a bed and a shower. the bed sheets/linen/mattress were stained (blood, pee and other body fluids) which is quite disgusting. will not book again."

"I didn't stay a full night - just 8 hours transit stop before the 'midnight-to-sunrise' Mt Bromo tour. Hotel is listed as 3-star on hotels.com but I think it's lower end. However, they make up for lack of facilities by providing free hot and cold drinks and snacks (self-service) in the lobby. Staff arranged for takeaway box of chicken sandwich and banana with bottle of water since I was leaving at 12.30am and would miss breakfast. Nothing much to see or do nearby. "I find the hotel quite disappointing. The taxi driver who took me to the hotel told me that it's quite a new hotel so I was quite surprised that the room I stayed in has shown a lot of age. I booked a room with one double bed. The room itself is very small. There wasn't much space left between the bed and the wall. The room itself was clean but very minimally decorated. It wasn't the cheapest hotel around so I think the price it has asked for is expensive for what I got."
