We check in at 12:30a.m. on 24 June. Staff told us no supply of tooth brush, paste and slippers, we have to pay RP17.00 each person. There is no telephone inside the room. WiFi is fast. Room is clean and bed and pillows were comfortable.

Een heel schoon hotel en zeer comfortabel.

Niet blij met de bediening en keukenpersooneel van het restaurant. Ze spreken geen Engels en begrijpen je helemaal niet. Uiteindelijk had een deel van onze groep wel hun eten en dat van het andere deel was de bestelling nog niet eens doorgekomen. Eenmaal in de keuken om na te vragen waar ons eten bleef (bediener snapte helemaal niet wat wij bedoelden met dat ons eten te laat is) was keukenpersoneel voor het gemakje aan het zitten en er bleek dat onze bestelling nog niet eens in de keuken was aangekomen. Wij zijn uiteindelijk vertrokken. INdonesiers moeten misschien even leren om bestellingen op te schrijven, dat doen ze namelijk nergens!!!

nice hotel

the hotel is very nice. rooms are clean and comfortable. staff are friendly and assisted with fast check-in. i would suggest the hotel to have a telephone in every room. it is inconvenient to go down to the reception for any assistance. breakfast is simple, best to go before 9am because they dont replenish the food. i will definitely come back to this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt nahe Stadtmitte. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es war sauber und in guter Zustand. Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Safe etc.) war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wenn es noch etwas näher zur Zentrum liegen würde, bekäme es von mir die volle Punktzahl.

Ich fand die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, man kam überall relativ schnell hin. Sehr gut fand ich das Team an der Rezeption. Sie halfen mir bei all meinen Anliegen und ich konnte das Gepäck kostenlos deponieren. Topp. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Für den Preis ist es auch ein sehr gutes Hotel. In der Seitenstraße gibt es viele, günstige Speisemöglichkeiten. Das WLAN war auch sehr gut, besser als im Novotel, wo ich eine Woche zuvor war !

Location is easy to find. Nothing much in surrounding but has many eateries and small convenience store selling bottle water. Near major places of interest. WiFi is good and the safe in room useful. Room and toilet is very clean. Room service every day. Very good hotel for the kind of money paid.

hotel murah tapi fasilitas tidak murahan

Secara keseluruhan hotel ini sangat bagus menurut saya. Mulai dari penerima tamu yg sangat cepat dalam menghandle tamu dan sangat ramah. Kebersihan hotel juga bagus. Meskipun kamarnya tidak terlalu besar saya merasa sangat nyaman. Air hangat yg mengucur deras dari shower dan sampai hair dryer pun tersedia dalam kamar tanpa ada biaya sewa tambahan.
