"This resort property exceeded our expectations in several ways. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious, efficiently serving a large number of people. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and wonderful - we did not try the beach club amenity. Our room was upgraded to a suite and was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Self parking was safe and free, and paid underground parking was also available. Finally, the hotel was conveniently located to the marina, town, bus station, restaurants...

"This property is nothing but beautiful and in a peaceful location, though I would day some of the services in the pool bar area was not upto the standards one would expect as a 5 start resort. Furthermore, vegetarian options were very limited for lunch and dinners. Breakfast, however was excellent! Shoutout to Isabella on the reception desk, she was excellent!! Made my check- in process so smooth. Loved the hotel beach, quite spot to relax and kayaks were available too to venture out on some...

"My friend and I stayed at Marina Rio in October 2014. We enjoyed it then and it hasn't disappointed us on this visit. The bedrooms have been revamped, excellent! The breakfast has something for everyone and my only comment would be the tables are close together. (Understandably as you need a place for all the visitors). Lovely walk to the town, great walk by the sea on the 'new' boardwalk. Lots of lovely eateries etc. I hope to return. Thank you."
