Highly recommend this hotel. Very difficult to find anything negative to say about my experience. Staff were friendly & helpful. It was quiet at night and right on the beach. The choice of food at breakfast was endless. Dinner & bar food menu was very good too. Would love to stay there again.

This hotel has so much to offer, the rooms are cleaned everyday. The food is lovely so much choice at breakfast. The staff are amazing cannot do enough for you! Location is perfect a 10 minute walk to the marina.

The hotel staff were mostly excellent. Not enough Bar staff during, serving was slow. Unfortunately at the end of our holiday an extremely large contingent from 2 chartered surveyors attended the hotel, Shepherd and Hardies for a conference (lauguage around the pool, in the lifts and breakfast was appalling - more for a building site rather than a lovely hotel) which spoiled our experience.

Unbelievable place. The hotel staff made this holiday even more special; so polite helpful and always welcoming! They have helped me with all my queries and happy to be of assistance. The hotel is quiet and amazingly decorated. They provide and carer for kids which was the highlight of the holiday. Kids pool and play area along with kids club. I found a great deal on expedia which i couldnt say no to!!

Not a lot of choice for vegans at breakfast. The lack of bar staff at the pool bar. On one occasion over a half hour wait to order a drink, however 98% of staff all gave excellent service from reception, room staff and servers. Be aware there were lots of additional deposit charges, from pool towels, adaptors and deposits daily in case of room charges. The location was excellent, and loads of beds around the pool plus clean and tidy. Some of the niggles do not detract from overall a nice break, and we would go back.

The Room was nice but a little dated. This was First hotel we ever stayed in , ever, that you had to pay for the coffee pods in your room after the first day :/ ( and the charge was excessively high for a single pod, which you had to order from room service) . Also our first hotel ( after 16 different ones in Europe this month) that you had to pay to use the sauna/steam/indoor pool. Staff were polite and friendly but not overly warm or welcoming. Main areas and outdoor pool, bar and lounges were beautiful. Breakfast buffet was extravagant and lovely. Beach access was great .

Was perfect in everyway for me from checking in to the hospitality of the staff. Breakfast was perfect and an amazing selection to suit everyone. 5 star all the way.

The staff were so helpful.Actual hotel is lovely,but rooms are very dark and need updating. Poolside loungers were snapped up,with some people leaving towels on them all day and not using them.Loungers should be allocated to rooms.

Loved the location. All staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from at Breakfast. We left early and would miss breakfast, but was given a bag full of breakfast bits to go...nice touch. The only downside was the swimming pool, beautiful pool but absolutely freezing...such a shame.
