"Both Western & Japanese breakfast we’re excellent; servers were energetic & efficient. Lobby & coin laundry area seemed to be updated/remodeled but rooms were retro with outdated fixtures; rooms had the old fashioned keys with the room number, not card keys! But it was a clean & nice stay."

"Dirty room, no hygiene.expected us to use a duvet cover that had not been washed yet had been used by guests for days, possibly weeks, no clean replacements available, this did not fit in with the hotels covid responses."

"Standard Japanese hotel (somewhat small room, onsen available, etc.), but the breakfast was great and they have a map of recommended places for dinner. There are a couple of parking spots at the hotel, a few more spots a block down the street, etc. (there's a map of parking spots on the side of the hotel). "
