施設は若干古い。TVは地元地上波二局のみ、ケーブルTV対応がなかった。ただ、スタッフの対応や立地は良かった。

徒歩１分くらいのところに、人気のソースカツ丼の店や焼き鳥屋があったのが一番よかった。ホテルの従業員の対応もよかった。
