It's a long walk to take subway, very tiring. (We were told to turn left from the hotel entrance). Didn't find out until the last day that there is one subway entrance right next to the hotel on the right.
The hotel staff or concierge should provide more friendly information.

We had no problem locating and checking into the hotel eventhough it was the first time we arrived Tokyo around midnight. The front counter staff was friendly and helpful with his smattering of English. Fortunately around the corner on the righthand side of the hotel was a sole ramen restaurant still opened for business at this hour (midnight) to quell our hunger. Both the rooms and ramen were excellent!

The hotel is situated next to the Conference Center and to the Takaragaike lake. It is a beautiful setting and we enjoyed taking a walk just from the hotel. It is a little far away from the city centre and it takes about 20 minutes by subway. But the subway station is within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel location is the best. We took the Nankai-Limited Express Rapit to namba station and the hotel is just next to the station. The hotel is around shopping area which was great for us shoppers. There is a supermarket underneath Takashimai, so many selection of food to choose from.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. First 4 nights the room was quite old but clean and second time we stayed, we upgraded us to a renovated room. It was nice but too short. My hubby just didn't like the renovated bathroom becoz the glass was too short and water splashes everything when he was taking a shower.
