"The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty."

"We had such a great time at the Keio Plaza. It is a great place for families. The whole 47th floor has beautiful views and plenty of space for kids to run around and also for quiet times for everyone one else. Loved the Starbucks and drinks daily! We will definitely come again! The Hamasaki Families!"

"Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers."

"The room was clean and spacious, with great views. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a separate shower, which was a nice touch. I also had a drink at the bar, and the barman was excellent. I asked him to recommend a good Japanese whisky and expected he might suggest the most expensive option, but instead he recommended one of the more affordable choices on the menu—and it turned out to be excellent. "
