Beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden. The hostess at one of the restaurant on the 3rd level was not accommodating at all. Overall the front desk and check in staff and outdoor bellman and friendly workers in the front are super nice!

Hotel is located close to Tokyo station, without feeling like it is located close to Tokyo station. The staff were amazingly friendly, and very accommodation of our 1 year old. Rooms were clean, and had all the up to date facilities expected in a modern hotel. Extremely worthwhile staying there.
