Overall this hotel is amazing...The only thing I did not like at all was the concierge service. They really were not help at all.
Well located for Department stores. Some nearby construction underway but this is Tokyo. Minimal intrusion,
Excellent location, friendly staff, beautifully set afternoon tea arrangements.
Beautiful hotel with a beautiful garden. The hostess at one of the restaurant on the 3rd level was not accommodating at all. Overall the front desk and check in staff and outdoor bellman and friendly workers in the front are super nice!
Property was very clean and staff were exceptionally helpful. Conveniently located next to Imperial Palace and a great running trail. Quiet location and close to Tokyo Station.
Hotel is located close to Tokyo station, without feeling like it is located close to Tokyo station. The staff were amazingly friendly, and very accommodation of our 1 year old. Rooms were clean, and had all the up to date facilities expected in a modern hotel. Extremely worthwhile staying there.
Location was great. Staff were attentive. That is it...
good stay, nice location. Friendly staff but not sure about the upper mgmt
No western breakfast, no gym, very small rooms, great location. Concergie not as knowledgable
