"The location for Hotel Gracery was very convenient. You are walking distance to the subway and to places of interest. The comfort double room is small so I would definitely get at comfort twin room for more room. I would definitely request more pillows and blanket."

"Clean room, spacious for Japanese standards. Closest Shinagawa train station, which is very accessible for tourist, especially if you have large luggages. They also have Yamato on the second floor if you want to transfer your luggage from one prefecture to another."

"Beautiful luxury hotel. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is a very large property with a Lawsons and bowling alley inside. There is an onsen and gym but the onsen incurred a fee to use it and the gym didn’t allow anyone under 20 yrs old. Breakfast that was included consisted of 3 different restaurants to choose from. We only tried the American ones but they still included Japanese options. Be aware that the Sky Bar has gorgeous views of the Tokyo Tower but drinks are crazy expensive. We just sat at the bar which was free but they charge you a fee for seating near the window or at a sofa lounge. Location was decent and near a subway station entrance. We would stay here again. "

"We only stayed 1 night and did not use the airport breakfast facilities as we had an early flight, but would thoroughly recommend staying here the night before your flight. It was clean and comfortable and so relaxing knowing you just pop downstairs and book in for your flight. The airport amenities are the best we have seen."
