Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and it’s location. Ginza is a wonderful central district for a home base to explore Tokyo from using the nearby subway, or day trips via the close train station. Many nearby delicious nearby dining options and two malls for any shopping needs.

We stayed in Tokyo for four days before a cruise. Great service and food. Most workers spoke English and provided recommendations for touring, shopping and food.

Great location for Ginza shopping. The layout is unusual but we like it. The island in the room accommodates the wash basin, refrigeration and desk . I was able to do work on the high stool provided. The well lit room is also an exception for five star hotels. We also enjoyed the free beverage and snacks provided at the reception.

Excellent staff and very welcoming service. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Ginza and very close to Ginza Station. The room was clean, however the bathroom layout was not ideal for couples. The sink being outside and the bathroom not fully separated from the room reduced privacy and could be inconvenient when one person is resting.
