Clean room kinda small, helpful staff, secure rooms, quiet, close to subway.
Great place to stay for our first time in Tokyo Shim Bashi station was very close for us to get around. There’s also restaurants everywhere. The bar and restaurant on the property served good food and drinks. Breakfast was nice as well. Staff was hospitable. We didn’t have any problems. Would definitely return
We loved staying at this hotel - the location was excellent and there were so many restaurants nearby!

The rooms were very small, not ideal for a stay of more than a couple of days as there is not enough room to unpack or stow your clothes. However it is ideally situated for Ginza which is a 10-15 min walk away, depending which part you want to go to. Staff was helpful, evening meak in the restaurant was good, as was service. The only reason I would not want to stay there again is the room size and nowhere to out your clothes.
We can not recommend this hotel more. From the location to the very personable and friendly treatment by all hotel staff to the lovely decor. Would absolutely go back!
My partner and I loved all the food options. Both the breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Incredibly close to the subway. The staff were incredibly accommodating and all spoke English as well. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Location is great. Price is expensive as is all of Japan. Room is very small (Tokyo Standard) - Staff were very nice but as expected for this price.
We recently stayed at this property as family of three , with our 7 years old daughter. The location is very convenient with so many different dining options. Walking distance to Shimbashi station and Ginza. The room is somewhat reasonable for Tokyo size. Perhaps more suitable for couple instead of family with kids. We have enjoyable stay in this hotel.
Staff were very helpful and polite, answered any questions you had. Cleaning staff were on point. Rooms come with all amenities, and are replaced daily. I mean all amenities, not like many other hotels where its only a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Everything, razor, face lotions, body lotion. Actually, just no shaving cream oddly enough. But overall excellent - cannot hear neighboring rooms, only while people were in hallways, but once in rooms I could not hear a thing.
