As most hotels in Tokyo, I was expecting it to be small however it was smaller than I expected. I was sharing a room with a friend, we got two twin beds. We had large-ish luggage and we couldn't both suitcases in the room. Even if we opened one, we couldn't walk around the room. Besides it being small, it was convenient and dining options near by. We stayed here twice in between leaving Tokyo for a short trip to Kyoto. the first time the room felt small but the 2nd time ( same type of room but different lay out) it felt a bit smaller. the 2nd time we were on a higher floor so not sure if that made a difference.
it has paid laundry washer and dryer so that's convenient if you need to do laundry. Would recommend, it's about a 5-8 mins walk or so from the station but still close enough that it's not super out of the way. Would stay here again but may be a bigger room
