5 star no doubt. Location is good. There are nearby convenient store, supermarket, cafe, Bus Station & 5-8mins walk from the nearby Iriya Train Station. We took the Deluxe and got the corner room and we love it. The space is very big and comfortable. We have all the necessity we needed and its very clean. Furniture & furbish wise looks new. No doubt one of the best stay in Tokyo :)

Place was nice and wasn't crowded. The nearest train station, Iriya, is quite a bit of walk though. Takes 7-10 minutes if you walk fast. Otherwise, room was large and spacious. I do wish the property had a system to take documents ahead of time through Expedia so I don't need to print them.
