"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"

"The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great."

"The room was tiny but so thoughtful and functionally done. Perfect for a single traveler who doesnโ€™t plan to spend a lot of time in the room, but also comfortable enough to relax and spend a morning in. Lots of outlets for charging, lots of hooks and hangers and space under the bed to make it suitcases, and the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. The only reason I rated the amenities a 4/5 is because I didnโ€™t use them, but if they were like my room, Iโ€™m sure they were great."
