Awesome stay! Checkin and checkout were seamless. Convenient location near metro station. Very clean, and literally has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We like the super market across from the street and convenience store just downstairs. The Sukiya place is literally next door that offers 24H beef rice and other food - perfect for solving the hunger while dealing with jet lag lol

This was a great apartment hotel for a family of four! It is really convenient with all the amenities need and very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Japan.

Great location, with an easy (10 minute) walk to Shinjuku train station. Good dining options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a Family Mart directly next door for convenience. Self check-in/check-out is very easy on the iPad in the lobby and can be done at any time given that no staff are needed to be present. Fit 2 adults and 2 children (<12) comfortably. All up, an excellent option if you want to stay in Shinjuku.
