This was an incredible hotel in every way. The professional, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were wonderful. The third floor relaxation and workout rooms were so great. The restaurant was phenomenal for breakfast and other meals. Just top notch in every way.

My experience at Niwa Hotel was exceptional. Great location near tokyo dome city, near many train and subway station with many good places to eat. The Hotel is beautifully designed! The amenities (such as changing machine, laundry, relaxation room and workout room) are great, always clean. The staff is great, very helpful. Overall my experience was amazing, and will definitely recommend to choose this hotel.

We spent 9 nights at Hotel Niwa in May 2023 and loved it. Short walk to the train station and restaurants but it's on a quieter street. Staff were great and the hotel itself is very nice. The garden areas including the rooftop were great places to relax. Room was smaller but comfortable. We did the breakfast included option and really enjoyed it. It's buffet style and you get a good assortment of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastries, and hot food options (including your choice of egg). Overall the value was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice quiet location close to the subway. Centrally located so it is easy to get to the East or West side of Tokyo. Not much locally for restaurants but a short walk will bring you to Tokyo Dome City where there are a lot of options. Staff was top notch and always there to help. Some spoke English so that really helped
