The royal park shiodome during my stay was exceptional. The staff always provided incredible service and were extremely pleasant.

My wife and I had a great stay 4-nights at the hotel. It’s located near the subway stations that we often took during our stay. Our room with a king bed on 33rd was clean, roomy, and had a great view of the city and a river. The staff was friendly, especially the gentleman at the registration desk. The Family Mart store, other retail shops, and many restaurants were within the walking distance.

This is my regular hotel when I visit Tokyo, Japan. Very convenient location, super friendly and helpful hotel staffs, and clean and organized room. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to Tokyo.

The location of this hotel is amazing, being so close to Shimbashi station it makes it really easy to get to and from the airport on JR lines and gives you access to the whole of Tokyo with convenient JR lines and underground lines, for a first time visitor to Japan this was definitely a great hotel to stay at for that alone! The room was smaller than expected but the view was beautiful, the room was clean, bed and room was very comfortable, bathroom/shower was great and the ample amenities in the room (including an iron and ironing board) were all great. TV doesn't have any english channels other than CNN which seemed to be a common theme in japan but likely as we spent most of our time out exploring the city it wasn't something that impacted us but would be something that could be improved. The hotel bar is awesome and the view from here is equally as stunning as from our room! We opted for breakfast on our final day and it was so good we did wish we had opted for it for our whole stay. The hotel is a bit pricier than anywhere else we stayed while travelling around Japan but the location, comfort and general grandeur of the hotel warranted the price tag.
