The hotel is very nice and traditional Japanese. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Onsen is great. The onsite restaurant is wonderful and probably the best meals I had in Tokyo. It is also walking distance ~15 min from the center of Shinjuku. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Absolute gem of a hotel! We stayed here as a couple and loved it. Yes the rooms are quite small and it would have been great if they were a bit bigger but I would 100% stay here again. We loved the onsen and all of the amenities in the room. The room itself was also quiet and we really couldn’t hear much from outside at all.
