It is my 2nd stay in this newly reopen The Okura Tokyo hotel.
The hotel itself is pretty perfect as my 1st stay except my reception experience this time. I did not mark down her name but she was rough in her tone whatever questions I asked like I asked why took one more time of my passport photocopy since I was hotel only 1-1/2 months ago. She said she had found my record but it was required, that was it. Then I asked my second question about breakfast whether we can go both Western and Japanese style breakfast, she simply said โof courseโ, that was it.
I find she was not serving true Japanese manner especially compared my 1st stay which was almost perfect, so this time I bring my daughter here.
