The room was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was in a good area to see Shinjuku. I like that there was a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel for quick food and drinks. I would recommend this place for adults, not families. I would come back again for sure.

Very nice, welcoming hotel in the heart of Shinjuku ! Plus: - Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. - Big room. Kettle, microwave and safe in room. - Separate bathtub and shower. - Lawson's and 7-11 convenience stores right beside hotel. - Coffee machine in lobby. Minus: - Area around hotel is very busy with lots of unsavoury men trying to entice you to adult venues, but these are easily ignored.
