i always use this hotel whan i stay in tokyo. fanttastic position in the center of Shinjuku, very confortable for public transports. The only minus for me is the breakfast whiich has not a wide range of food you can chose

Very nice, welcoming hotel in the heart of Shinjuku ! Plus: - Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. - Big room. Kettle, microwave and safe in room. - Separate bathtub and shower. - Lawson's and 7-11 convenience stores right beside hotel. - Coffee machine in lobby. Minus: - Area around hotel is very busy with lots of unsavoury men trying to entice you to adult venues, but these are easily ignored.

The staff were lovely and the hotel clean and in a good condition. This hotel was so expensive. My small room was over £200 per night and that did not include breakfast. The bed was against the wall so one of us had to climb out. For over £200 I expected far more.
