We stayed overnight prior to flying home, the location is excellent as are the amenities, we didn’t use the restaurant or the laundry facilities ( but we did check them out) the laundry was modern clean and well maintained and the menu looked pretty awesome. The staff , like all Japanese people were lovely, efficient polite and respectful and solved any issues immediately. Would recommend this hotel for anyone including families.

Just stay overnight to catch the continuing flight first thing the next morning. The location definitely is a main factor of choosing this hotel. There is a convenient store right besides the entrance and also quite a few restaurant closed by.

We only stayed overnight but the location is perfect for catching your next flight without the hassle of getting a car service to the airport since the hotel is adjacent to the Haneda Airport.

I thank the hotel with all my heart. My mother had a medical emergency prior to check in and the hotel staff accompanied me to the airport clinic to get the urgent care needed. The staff person stayed with us for translation. I cannot than the staff and hotel enough!
