A fabulous base for exploring Tokyo. We were traveling as a family and the room was very comfortable for three of us. The staff was amazing. They helped ship luggage and helped us navigate the train. Overall, a great place for families new to Japan.

Very beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious and comfortable and had all sorts of differents amenities and special attention; pyjamas for kids, toothbrush, brush, bathrobe, origami toys, etc. The pool and spa were a big plus for our families after a full day of visit. We had breakfast every day in the lobby and enjoyed a private teppaniaki dinner as well which was delicious. Hotel staff are very polite and caring. Hotel is located near local attraction, park, restaueants and high end shopping stores. Easy to walk everywhere or take the train station right behind. We had a wonderful stay!
