"Incredible hotel, we paid for a room with VIP club access, from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty, with complimentary champagne and stunning views on the 33rd floor overlooking the city at night. The rooms were big and very modern. Breakfast was great with lots of options (both western and Japanese breakfast items). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I would definitely come stay here again!"

"It was very convenient to have the laundry room available for guests to use. I liked that the washing machine had the detergent installed within the machine. I also liked that the hotel always provided pajamas every day. The rooms are also nice and clean. Loved the rainfall shower head. "

"The room was small, but given that it’s Tokyo, we had already expected that. The housekeepers were friendly, but the front-desk officers could’ve been more helpful. When we arrived on the first day unsure of what the luggage drop-off procedure was, nobody came to help, and when we eventually approached someone for help, the interaction was a rather unfriendly one. That’s a small issue, however. The hotel is located in a very convenient area which made it very easy for us to get from place to place. It was also clean and comfortable, and value-for-money."
