We enjoyed hanging out with our friends on the 28th floor lounge with the best view in Tokyo, our room had it too! "We stayed in a double corner room an it was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, we were able to check in early, they shipped our bags to Kyoto for us. Everything was very clean, and appreciated the laundry on each floor. Centrally located to transit but not super busy or loud area. Would definitely stay again. The only issue we found was on the last day our hallway smelled like smoke even though I believe you can’t smoke there except for on one of the bottom floors. Either way, it was a great stay, and a reasonable price "
